When immense boredom became too overwhelming...

Oreo Cupcakes

On one of the days when my temporary lapse of sanity due to immense boredom became too overwhelming, I decided to bake cupcakes and voila! I present to you, my Oreo Cupcakes.

But I'm only proud of the icing I made because it doesn't border on the too sweet margin.

Now I'm thinking of making another cupcake before the school semester restarts. Like I don't know, maybe a few days before school so that I could bring some to class and force-feed some hungry lions.

We'll see how my mood goes ;)

Other than that, I am so going to try making Chocolate-Coated Peanut Butter Balls [http://www.joyofbaking.com/candy/PeanutButterBalls.html] for the heck of it during one of the school days when I got too fed-up with classes. Other than being a slave to books, I deserve some sort of relaxation, yes? Shall add baking to my list of de-stress activities, besides reading, drawing, writing and surfing the net.

And yes, school is starting in exactly two weeks' time. What a huge bummer!
